Refund policy

At FATTL, we value our customers' satisfaction and trust. Our return policy ensures fairness, transparency, and product quality

1. The customer must notify the store of any return request on the same day of receiving the product and before it is used
2. Returns are accepted only in the case of a clear manufacturing error or defect, such as
   • A major difference in color
   • A different fabric type than ordered
   • A size that does not match the order
   • Or a manufacturing defect
3. Returns will not be accepted if the fabric has been cut, washed, or used
4. If the error is from the store, FATTL will cover all shipping and replacement costs
5. The return or refund process will be completed within 10 to 20 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
